Last time around, the appraisal was where everything came crashing down. This morning, we got an email that this house appraised for more than we're spending on it, which is good! Also, it wasn't much more, which (because we'll pay taxes on the appraised amount) is very good! How cute it that house?? Really, I'm in love.
Hello :) I started reading your blog a few days ago when it was posted on Susie's Senior Dogs. I reaally like it. I mean, it's perfect! I admire you, you have your own house and you're so young (don't know how old your are but you look young), and it's so sweet and peaceful! You two did a great job, the decoration and everything is just incredible. I hope you can have a kid soon, which I think you want to, because I really want to see how you decorate the nursery room :) I bet it will be the most peaceful place for a baby to sleep and begin a life.
