The children in the classrooms we teach here (three classrooms total) are residents of a township, like the one pictured in my previous post. I can't relate to their home lives. What I would consider "normal" and what they would consider "normal" are two different things, but this ministry reminds me that children are children everywhere. Some are enthusiastic to participate, some are uninterested. They all enjoy the rush of laughter from watching your classmates rush through a game, the "sweeties" that accompany a job well done, and, most of all, all children all over the world need the hope that comes from a life given to Jesus.
